Admins on Starter or Pro can also issue letters directly from a volunteer's profile, free of charge. To prevent fake-org letter farming, letters unlock after 30 days of activity, 10 volunteers, and 50 approved hour entries — most real programs clear this in their first month.

Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit. Event creation, public shift signup pages, no-account volunteer flow, the volunteer roster, hour logging, QR check-in, and verified service letters (volunteer pays $10 each) are all free forever with no credit card required. Free organizations are capped at 30 volunteers and see the last 3 months of hour history in reports. Starter ($10/month) lifts those limits and adds admin-issued letters plus email branding. Pro ($299/year) adds family compliance dashboards, deposit collection, background-check workflows, and forever history retention.
What happens after the 45-day free trial?
After 45 days, paid features (hour tracking, compliance dashboards, deposit collection, QR check-in) are disabled and your account moves to the free tier. Your data is preserved. You can subscribe at any time to re-enable paid features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel through the billing portal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then. Your data and free-tier features remain available after cancellation.
What is the $10 verification letter fee?

Is there a monthly billing option?
The Starter plan is available monthly at $10/month or annually at $100/year (2 months free). The Pro plan is billed annually at $299/year. The 45-day free trial gives you time to evaluate before committing to either plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and accept all major credit and debit cards. Volunteer deposits can be collected via Stripe or Venmo, depending on your organization's preference.
